About this role
Syntree delivers technical work to clients and that delivery needs structure. You'll own the process — from backlog to demo — making sure engineering effort translates into visible progress for clients and stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Set up and manage Jira boards for client engagements
- Run sprint planning and retrospectives
- Prepare and deliver stakeholder demos
- Write clear tickets that engineers can act on
- Maintain roadmaps and keep delivery on track
- Bridge communication between engineering and clients
What we're looking for
- Experience managing technical delivery in a software environment
- Jira fluency — you've set up boards from scratch
- Comfortable running demos to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication
- You understand how software is built even if you don't write it
Nice to have
- Experience in a consulting or agency environment
- Familiarity with NestJS/Next.js delivery workflows
- Experience with AI-assisted tooling
